How we keep momentum for the studio and ventures 🌌

In the journey of building groundbreaking ventures, there's one question that repeatedly emerges: how can we sustain the momentum that fuels our startup's growth and innovation?

To really thrive in this space, we need to integrate sustainable product building into our studio DNA. This means focusing not just on quick expansion, but on creating products that have a lasting impact. It's easier said than done, I know, but one way we try to maintain momentum is by implementing playbooks and stage-gates into our process. By doing so, we ensure that the wheels of innovation are constantly turning and moving from one cycle to another.

Let’s delve deeper into some studio and venture updates to discover in what way we try to propel our ventures towards remarkable success.

  • One critical part for ensuring growth is implementing comprehensive playbooks into the process to make sure the wheels of innovation and growth are constantly turning. Playbooks aren’t just a set of rules or guidelines—it's a strategic document that guides us through every stage of the entrepreneurial journey. By doing so, we ensure that each venture we co-found is set up for a trajectory of sustainable growth, read more here.

At our ventures 🚀

  • Over at Obeyo, we maintain momentum by making sure we keep on shipping new features. Lately, we have been working on the community switcher, meaning that operators can switch easily between different locations of their coliving business. At our ventures we ship continuously to make sure we keep on innovating.

  • Noon is innovating at full speed as well this month. We just introduced a new feature: reporting. When a month ends, organisations and teams receive a report which shows the matches and mismatches, energy gainers and drainers. In this way, Noon helps organisations identify even better what areas they need to work on.
