Friends, the word is finally out! I am super excited and proud to announce IPS has been acquired by Total Webhosting Solutions (TWS), the Dutch market leader in web hosting with a focus on digital agencies.
Just a quick recap; IPS became part of the Builders family in 2015 and was one of the first companies within our studio portfolio. Their acquisition is a major exit for Builders, and marks an exciting new era for IPS to grow and scale-up.
Since IPS has been around for a decade, we strongly felt it was the right time to spin IPS out of the studio and let them scale-up under new ownership. With this move, IPS has enough stomping power to become Europe's biggest badass managed cloud partner for the creative and innovative industry.
With the funds from this exit, we’re launching our studio fund. We’re focused on the future of work, or what we call life at work. We’re looking for visionary investors and exit founders to join our next adventure. So a shameless plug: be one of the first to invest in our studio, and as a bonus get exclusive access to our venture deal-flow.
