Entrepreneurial Grit 💪

Entrepreneurship, often fueled by a mere idea that one can challenge the status quo and change the world. That first spark, followed by a relentless pursuit of the result, is what makes markets move. When looking for the few things that make entrepreneurs who they are and companies prosper, it is my belief that more often than not, it's not genius that makes the biggest waves.

Building a successful company requires more than a brilliant idea or mind. It requires passion, perseverance, and, above all, a resilient mindset. As we all know, challenges are part of the game; markets will forever change, but it's the ones who have the grit to stay positive and push through. Those are the ones that will make the change needed for us all to move forward.

So how does Builders fit into this? We've created a framework in which our co-founders can prosper and use their grit and our resources to go even further. We're building software for the future of work with a splash of artificial intelligence. Got grit?
