We’re busy building, and we’re bigger than ever!

Hello fellow movers and shakers,

Following a hiatus, the Builders Newsletter is back in circulation! We are bigger and busier than ever and are firmly on the expansion path, with our team growing by five new studio members in the last quarter alone. As is expected with new additions, we are in the process of embracing and integrating diverse cultures amidst us. From the way of work, to lunch-table discussions, we at Builders are truly going global. With our venture Obeyo rapidly approaching launch, the studio is in all-hands-on-deck mode and is looking to expand our team further with several key positions waiting to be filled by driven individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset.

News from our universe 🪐

  • Our venture Obeyo has officially launched the first beta version of its platform, including an updated product deck and a new website!

  • Obeyo has also expanded its roster of launching customers with three new additions- French co-living operators Homies, Coliverus Factory from Spain, and Wanna Colive from Argentina.

  • Our founder and managing director Michael took part in the roundtable 'Legal docs for your studio' from GSSN, together with Miles Dotson from Devland studio in US, to share survey results, definitions for each model as found within the summary docs and answer questions as part of a panel.

  • Michael was also part of a roundtable webinar ‘From bootstrapping to startup studio fund’ organised by the StudioHUB Startup Studio Community where he shared his experiences, knowledge, and thoughts on fundraising in the startup world.

  • We're part of the GSSN Bootcamp, 8-week bootcamp where you'll design your studio's playbook with input from a peer group and industry leaders.

  • We’re opening the application round on April 16th for the Growth Marketing Trainees starting in September.
